Fonder and originator of the arc of the evening, Jonah’s passion for perfection in puns led to the rules and structure of the Bay Area Pun-Off. Jonah has a background in theater, film, summer camps, and circus and he loves dogs and swimming holes.

Carmen is the High Priestess of the Bay Area Pun-Off and bottom lines the aesthetics of on site punnery. She's a producer, artist, and ultimate judge of everything at the Pun-Off.
Co-Host/Producer, SARAH KATZ-HYMAN
Sarah once wrote a letter to the editor of a newspaper using cheese puns, and more recently gave public comment at a San Francisco Board of Supervisors meeting using Taco Bell puns. Outside of challenging authority via word play, she is an improviser, host of the webseries 'Comedians on Bicycles," and editor over at Muni Diaries.
Co-Host/PRODUCER, Marina MISCULIN
Marina is a born performer and lover of all things wordplay! Competing at BAPO since 2017, she is a two-time BAPO champion, and has fallen in love with the sport. Her favorite thing is when punslingers make themselves laugh with their own puns. Marina also performs improv comedy at Endgames Improv and fosters dogs whenever she has the chance.
